In compliance with the above circulars, electronic copies of the Notice of the AGM along with the Annual Report for the FY 2025-26, will be submitted separately, as and when the same is emailed to the Members of the Company. The Company has fixed Monday, 21st September, 2026 as the “Record Date/Cut-off date” for determining eligibility of members, entitled to vote for the purpose of annual general meeting of the Company.
