This is with reference to observation regarding non-submission of the corresponding quarter ended June 30, 2025, figures on a consolidated basis in the Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, as submitted to the Exchange on August 10, 2026, we wish to clarify as follows: 1. Financial results submitted is not as per format prescribed by SEBI-Figures of Corresponding Quarter ended June 2025 not submitted on Consolidated Basis: Clarification to query no 1: The Wholly Owned Subsidiary company of Glottis Limited named "Glottis INC” Texas USA, was incorporated only on 18 March 2026. Accordingly, the requirement for preparation and presentation of consolidated Financial Results/Statements became applicable to the Company only from the financial year ended 31 March 2026. Since the Wholly Owned Subsidiary was not in existence during the corresponding quarter ended June 30, 2025, there were no consolidated financial results pertaining to the said comparative period. Therefore, the corresponding quarter ended June 2025 figures could not be presented on a consolidated basis. Accordingly, the Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 have been prepared and presented on a consolidated basis from the period for which consolidation is applicable.
