Trading Window

PNB Gilts Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for all insiders and designated persons. The window will close from July 01, 2026, and remain closed until 48 hours after the company publicly announces its financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to prevent insider trading before the financial results are made public. The date of the Board meeting to consider these results will be intimated later.
