Accordingly, the conditions precedent and other requirements contemplated under the BTA have been duly fulfilled, and the transaction has been completed in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed between the parties under the BTA. The details of the transaction, as required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI LODR Regulations and applicable SEBI circulars, were disclosed in the Company's earlier intimation dated August 4, 2026.
