Dear Sir/ Madam,
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that Indo-Tech
Transformers Limited (“the Company”) has received Letter of Award (LoA) dated August 28, 2026 for
supply of 5 number of transformers. The aggregate value of the order under the said LoA is INR 55
Crores plus applicable taxes (Rounded Off). The details as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing
Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are as follows:

submitted in compliance with Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations.
