The 45th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Company would be held on Monday, September 28, 2026 at 11:30
am (IST) through Video Conferencing (‘VC’)/Other Audio-Visual Means (‘OAVM’) in compliance with the applicable
circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (‘MCA’) and Securities and Exchange Board of India (‘SEBI’).
