With this, the aggregate investment of the Company in the equity shares and 0.5% Compulsory Convertible Debentures of Sone Solar Private Limited stands at Rs. 15,10,00,000 and the shareholding of the Company in equity share capital of Sone Solar Private Limited will remain the same at 26%.
