The Company is not engaged in any export-related activities. c. A brief on types of customers T he Company operates as a non-banking financial institution with a focus on diversified lending across retail and institutional segments. The Company’s key business verticals and corresponding customer segments are outlined below: Vehicle Finance: T his segment primarily serves transport operators, particularly Small Road Transport Operators (SRTOs), by providing asset-backed financing for Commercial Vehicle, Construction Equipment, Passanger Vehicle and Farm Equipment. The Company aims to address segment-specific credit requirements while maintaining prudent risk management practices. Housing Finance: U ndertaken through its erstwhile wholly-owned subsidiary, Niwas Housing Finance Limited (NHFL), this segment catered to customers in semi-urban and emerging markets. The Company focused on financing the purchase and construction of self-occupied residential properties. As on March 31, 2025, the Company held investments in its wholly owned subsidiary, Niwas Housing Finance Limited. Pursuant to the sale of the subsidiary to Witkopeend BV, an affiliate of BPEA EQT, during 2025–26, Niwas Housing Finance Limited ceased to be a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company effective July 17, 2025. SME Finance: T he Company extends secured credit facilities to small and medium enterprises to support working capital needs, business expansion, and other operational requirements. The customer base comprises traders, manufacturers, professionals, and service-oriented businesses, with a portion of the portfolio qualifying under Priority Sector Lending (PSL). Corporate Lending: T his segment provides structured financing solutions to mid-sized and large corporates across multiple sectors. The Company supports both project-specific and general funding requirements across industries such as manufacturing, infrastructure-linked sectors, consumer goods, and financial services. Micro LAP: T he Company offers secured, small-ticket loans to small business operators in Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets. These facilities are primarily utilised for working capital and expansion purposes, with a focus on collateral-backed lending and disciplined credit structures. IV.
