In continuation to our earlier cornmunication dated 2l't August, 2026, it is hereby informed that the 54tr'Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) will be held on 24tr' September,2026 at 10:30 AM through Video Conf-erencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). Pursuant to applicable Circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the Notice of the AGM and Annual Report of the Cornpany for FY ended 3 l'1 March. 2026 containing Audited Financial Statements (including Consolidated F'inancial Staternents) and the Report of the Auditors' and Board thereon, and other reports required to be attached thereto, have been sent through electronic mode on 1" September, 2026. Pursuant to Regulation 34 of SEBI (LODR), 2015, a copy of the Annual Report of the Company for the FY 2025-26, along with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting is enclosed for your reference and record. The same is also available on the website of the Cornpany- www.sail.co.in. Notice of the AGM is available at website of M/s. NSDL: www.evoting.nsdl.com It is further infomed that pursuant to Regulation aa( ) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 201 5 and Section 108 of the Cornpanies Act, 2013, read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules 2014, as amended, the Company is providing remote e-voting facility prior to AGM and e-voting during the AGM, through electronic means to its Mernbers to enable them to cast their vote on the items mentioned in the Notice of the AGM. The Company has engaged the services of 'National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL)" as an Authorised Agency to provide remote e-voting facility and e-voting facility during AGM to its Members.
