Towers, Dalal Street Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra (East) Mumbai 400 001 Mumbai 400 051 Dear Sirs, Amalgamation of Blazeclan Technologies Private Limited and Cloudlytics Technologies Private Limited with ITC Infotech India Limited We have been advised by ITC Infotech India Limited (‘ITC Infotech’), a wholly owned subsidiary, that the Scheme of Amalgamation of Blazeclan Technologies Private Limited (‘BTPL’) and Cloudlytics Technologies Private Limited (‘CTPL’), step-down wholly owned subsidiaries, with ITC Infotech (‘the Scheme’) has been sanctioned by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata and Mumbai Benches, and consequent to fulfilment of all the conditions, the Scheme has become effective from today i.e., 1st September, 2026. The Appointed Date of the Scheme is 1st October, 2024.
