Nippon Life India Asset Management Limited has allotted a total of 5,15,730 equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Plan 2019, Employee Stock Option Scheme 2023, and Performance Linked Stock Unit Scheme 2023. This allotment, approved on June 22, 2026, increases the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital from 63,87,80,167 to 63,92,95,897 equity shares of Rs.10/- each. The newly allotted shares rank pari passu with existing equity shares, resulting in a minor equity dilution and an increase in the company's capital.
