Towers 5th Floor, Exchange Plaza, Dalal Street Bandra – Kurla Complex Mumbai - 400 001 Bandra (E), Mumbai – 400 051 Scrip Code : 530075 Scrip Code : Antelopus (Equity) September 01, 2026 Dear Sir, Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”) Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, Antelopus Selan Energy Limited (the “Company”) is pleased to inform that the Government of India has approved the award of Contract Area KG/ONDSF/KG ONLAND/2025 & CB/ONDSF/CAMBAY ONLAND/2025 under the Discovered Small Field (DSF) Bid Round-IV to the Company. The award has been communicated by the Directorate General of Hydrocarbons (DGH), Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Government of India, vide its letter dated August 31, 2026. The award is subject to execution of the Revenue Sharing Contract (“RSC”) between the President of India and the Company. As communicated by DGH, the bid work programme, commercial terms, area, map and coordinates forming part of the Company’s bid will be incorporated in the RSC. The contract areas awarded are both onshore, Contract Area KG/ONDSF/KG ONLAND/2025 is an onshore field located in the Krishna Godavari (KG) basin in the state of Andhra Pradesh and CB/ONDSF/CAMBAY ONLAND/2025 is located onshore within the Cambay Basin in the state of Gujarat. The award further strengthens the Company’s presence in the state of Gujarat and Andhra Pradesh, where the Company already has an established operating presence. These are high-quality blocks that add significant acreage to the Company's portfolio and are expected to meaningfully support the Company continued growth trajectory.
