The Bank has already received the in-principal approval from NSE and BSE for listing and is in the process of applying for the final listing approval of the above shares on NSE and BSE. Consequently, the paid-up capital of the Bank has increased from Rs. 19,45,25,57,910 to 19,45,82,85,040.
