The Company is engaged primarily in lending activities, with a growing focus on Gold Loans and other retail lending products. Established in 1992, the Company has evolved with the changing financial needs of its customers and continues to strengthen its presence in the retail lending segment through a combination of customer-focused services, prudent lending practices and responsible risk management. Our Growth Journey The Company has been on a focused growth path, supported by expansion of its branch network, strengthening of its capital base and increasing emphasis on secured lending. During FY 2025–26, the Company's branch network increased significantly from 19 branches as at 31st March, 2025 to 50 branches as at 31st March, 2026. The Company also expanded its presence in Bangalore with 9 branches, strengthening its geographical footprint in Karnataka. The Company's growing network enables it to serve customers more closely and provide accessible financial solutions across its operating markets. Our Focus on Gold Loans Gold Loans are a key growth area for the Company. The Company seeks to leverage the strong demand for gold-backed credit by providing convenient and accessible financing solutions while maintaining disciplined credit appraisal, collateral valuation and loan-to-value management. The Company intends to further strengthen its Gold Loan franchise and expand its customer base while adhering to the regulatory framework prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India. Looking Ahead As we enter the next phase of our growth journey, the Company remains focused on strengthening its Gold Loan business, expanding its geographical presence and improving operational capabilities. For FY 2026–27, the Company is working towards achieving Gold Loan AUM of ₹150 crore. The Company is also exploring a public issue of Non-Convertible Debentures of up to ₹50 crore, subject to the requisite statutory and regulatory approvals, as part of its strategy to strengthen its funding base and support future business growth. BOARD OF DIRECTORS 1. V C Georgekutty (Managing Director) Mr. Georgekutty is a highly accomplished MBA graduate from the National Institute of Bank Management (NIBM), with over 30 years of extensive experience in the Non-Banking Financial Services sector. Over the years, he has held several senior leadership roles, including Vice President, Regional Manager and Area Manager, demonstrating strong expertise in sales, marketing, operations, and administration. His broad experience spans driving business growth, developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives, and overseeing branch operations. Mr. Georgekutty’s leadership has played a key role in fostering organizational success, improving operational efficiency, and encouraging innovation across all the positions he has held. 2. Adv. Peeyus A Kottam (Independent Director) Mr. Peeyus A Kottam is a Distinguished legal professional based in Kochi, Kerala, who currently serves as the President of the Kerala High Court Advocates' Association (KHCAA) for the 2026 term following his election in December 2025. With an LLB degree and a legal career spanning over three decades since his establishment in 1991, he operates A Peeyus A Kottam & Associates located near Lakshmi Hospital on MG Road. He has a significant presence in the Kerala High Court and the Ernakulam District Court, where he has handled a wide range of cases including writ petitions, commercial suits, and matters under the Negotiable Instruments Act. In his leadership role at the KHCAA, he focuses on upholding the integrity of the legal profession and fostering a collaborative community committed to justice. BOARD OF DIRECTORS 3. Adv. Indu Kamala Ravindran (Independent Director) Ms. Indu is an Advocate with a strong background in social work and law. She provides management support services to agencies and organizations in the social development and services sector, helping development partners achieve their goals efficiently and effectively. Ms. Indu offers legal consultancy to the Department of Forest and Environment, as well as to banks and financial institutions.
