To appoint a director in place of Mr. Pranay Kumar (DIN: 01262847), who retires by rotation and being eligible, offers himself for reappointment. SPECIAL BUSINESS: 3. Reappointment of Dr. Amarendra Kumar Sinha (DIN: 08190565) as Whole-time Director of the Company. 4. Appointment of Mr. Satyakam Mishra (DIN: 10711600) as Non- Executive Independent Director. 5.
