The details as required under Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated July 11, 2023 and last updated on January 30, 2026 in respect of re-appointment of Mr. Ambadath Aiyyappan Balan as an Independent Director (Non-Executive) of the Company are enclosed as Annexure A. Balan completed his Civil Engineering course from the Madras Government Technical Education Board in the year 1957 with specialization in Surveying and Levelling, Building Materials and Construction. He is a Partner of Balan Construction Company and possesses over six decades of rich experience in the construction industry. In recognition of his distinguished contribution to the building industry, he was conferred with the Vikas Ratna Award by the International Friendship Society of India. 4.
