Shrynax Trading Private Limited for supply of various agricultural commodities aggregating to approximately ₹10.00 Crores (Rupees Ten Crores only). Shrynax Trading Private Limited and relates to the supply of the aforesaid agricultural commodities by the Company. The receipt of this order is expected to contribute to the Company's business operations and revenue. The order is subject to the terms and conditions stipulated therein, including applicable delivery and payment terms. There is no promoter/promoter group interest in M/s. Shrynax Trading Private Limited, and the transaction does not constitute a related party transaction. The Company shall execute the order in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable laws and regulations.
