Details of the violation(s)/ On May 26, 2026, the Food Safety Officer contravention(s) committed or conducted an inspection of the Subsidiary’s alleged to be committed Store at Metpally. During inspection the sample of ‘Redgram’ (third-party manufactured product) was collected, and upon analysis, it was found that the same was not in confirmation of the relevant provisions of the Laws. Subsequently, the Food Safety Officer filed a complaint before the Adjudicating Officer & Additional Collector, Jagtial District, alleging violation of the provisions of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006. Pursuant thereto, a penalty of Rs. 2,50,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh Fifty Thousand Only) has been imposed on the Store Manager/ Subsidiary (Airplaza Retail Holdings Private Limited). 5. Impact on financial, operation or The financial impact of the aforesaid order is other activities of the listed entity, to the extent of the penalty imposed. There is quantifiable in monetary terms to no material impact on operations or other the extent possible activities of the Company due to the said order. Since it is a third-party manufactured product, the penalty amount will be recovered from the concerned Manufacturer. Subsidiary is reviewing the Order and evaluating next steps.
