In his present role, he oversees Business Finance, Corporate Development, FP&A, and Investor Relations. He is a Chartered Accountant qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), with prior audit and assurance experience at S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP (EY) and PwC. He was conferred the COO Award of Excellence in 2024, in recognition of his contribution to the Group’s corporate finance infrastructure and investor reporting. 2. Mr. Hipin Jain serves as Vice President – Customer Success at Capillary Technologies India Limited, bringing over four years of leadership in his current tenure, alongside a prior two-year term with the Group. He drives customer success strategies, product adoption, retention, and P&L expansion across India, the Middle East, and Africa. As a Loyalty, MarTech, and AI thought leader, he guides enterprises in scaling CRM and loyalty initiatives. He holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Pune, and brings over 15 years of industry experience across Loyalty, CRM, Customer Success, and Sales gained through prior roles at Hansa Cequity and HCL Infosystems, delivering growth and ROI. 3. Mr. Sumit Kumar serves as President - Middle East, Africa & India at Capillary Technologies, having joined the organisation in February 2025. Mr. ShubhKant Kalsi serves as Vice President - Customer Success at PT Capillary Technologies Indonesia, having completed over 14 years with the Group following his appointment in May 2012.
