Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations") and in continuation to our earlier communication dated August 26, 2026, regarding the Letter of Award (LOA) issued by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for engaging as the Contactor for collection of user fee at Paranur Fee Plaza at km 52.820; this is to inform you that NHAI vide its letter dated 31st August, 2026 has withdrawn the aforesaid Letter of Acceptance (LOA) dated August 25, 2026. In this regard, the Company has received communication from NHAI informing that the Paranur Fee Plaza is proposed to be brought under the Multi-Lane Free Flow (MLFF) Tolling System. IHMCL has informed that the implementation of MLFF Tolling at the subject plaza is expected by September 15, 2026. In view of the impending implementation of the MLFF Tolling and considering the request of M/s Hazoor Multi Projects Limited dated 26.08.2026, the Competent Authority of NHAI decided to withdraw the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) dated 25.08.2026.
