Message from the Managing Director & CFO
Dear Stakeholders,
FY 2025-26 was a year of resilience, disciplined execution, and sustained growth
for Anmol India Limited. Amidst fluctuating global commodity prices, evolving trade
patterns, supply chain disruptions, and changing energy market dynamics, your
Company successfully navigated challenges while delivering improved financial
and operational performance.
India continues to be one of the fastest-growing major economies in the world,
driven by rapid industrialization, infrastructure development, urbanization, and
rising power demand. In this growth journey, coal remains a critical pillar of the
country's energy and industrial ecosystem, serving as an essential fuel for thermal power generation and
key industries such as steel, cement, paper, textiles, chemicals, and brick manufacturing. As a trusted coal
trading company, Anmol India Limited remains committed to ensuring reliable and efficient fuel supply to
support these sectors and contribute to India's economic progress.
During FY 2025-26, the Company recorded Revenue from Operations of Rs. 1,416.57 Crore, compared
to Rs. 1,274.26 Crore in FY 2024-25. This growth was driven by stronger customer demand, expansion of
business volumes, strategic sourcing initiatives, and our ability to effectively respond to market
opportunities across both domestic and international coal markets.
Our performance was not merely a result of higher volumes but also reflected our continued focus on
operational excellence and disciplined financial management. EBITDA increased to Rs. 28.99 Crore,
compared to Rs. 25.67 Crore in the previous year, while Profit After Tax (PAT) increased significantly to
Rs. 11.31 Crore from Rs. 6.99 Crore, representing a growth of more than 61%. These results demonstrate
our ability to create value despite operating in a highly competitive and volatile commodity environment.
The coal trading business is fundamentally dependent on efficient sourcing, logistics management,
inventory optimization, and timely execution. During the year, we continued to strengthen our procurement
network and supply chain capabilities to ensure uninterrupted availability of coal for our customers. Our
long-standing relationships with suppliers, transporters, logistics partners, and customers enabled us to
effectively manage market fluctuations and maintain service reliability.
In an industry where timely delivery and supply assurance are often as important as pricing, we have
consistently focused on building trust-based relationships with our customers. Our ability to understand
customer requirements, provide dependable supply solutions, and maintain commercial flexibility has
helped us deepen our engagement across diverse industrial sectors. We believe these relationships
remain one of the Company's strongest competitive advantages.
The global coal market continued to witness volatility arising from geopolitical developments, changes in
international trade flows, freight rate fluctuations, currency movements, and shifting energy policies across
regions. At the same time, domestic demand for coal remained robust, supported by strong growth in
power generation and industrial activity. Against this backdrop, Anmol India Limited demonstrated agility
in managing procurement risks, optimizing sourcing decisions, and maintaining operational continuity.
Looking ahead, we remain optimistic about the long-term prospects of the Indian economy and the
opportunities they present for our business. The Government's continued emphasis on infrastructure
creation, manufacturing expansion, power sector development, and economic growth is expected to
sustain demand for coal across various industries. While the energy sector continues to evolve, reliable
and affordable energy remains fundamental to India's development aspirations, and coal is expected to
remain an important component of the country's energy mix for the foreseeable future.
As we move forward, our strategic priorities will focus on strengthening our market presence, expanding
our customer base, enhancing supply chain efficiency, leveraging technology for improved operational
visibility, optimizing working capital, and maintaining financial discipline. We remain committed to pursuing
growth opportunities while ensuring prudent risk management and strong corporate governance.
At Anmol India Limited, we believe that sustainable success is built on trust, integrity, and long-term
partnerships. Our achievements during the year reflect the collective efforts of our employees, the
confidence of our customers, the support of our suppliers and business partners, and the trust of our
shareholders.
On behalf of the Board and management team, we express our sincere gratitude to all stakeholders for
their continued support and confidence. As we enter the next phase of growth, we remain committed to
creating enduring value, strengthening our leadership position in the coal trading industry, and contributing
meaningfully to India's energy and industrial development.
Together, we look forward to a future of greater opportunities, stronger performance, and sustained value
creation.
