Sub: Response to your emails dated May 08, 2026 and May 19, 2026.
This is with reference to the Outcome of Board Meeting - Financial Results submitted by the Company to
the Exchange on May 05, 2026, and in response to your email May 08, 2026 and May 19,2026 seeking
clarification in respect of disclosure of Debt Equity Ratio in the XBRL filing of the Financial Results.
In this regard, we wish to inform you that the Debt-Equity Ratio disclosure in the XBRL filing was not
provided as it was categorized as a non-mandatory field in the said XBRL.
However, as per the requirement of the Exchange, the Company has now submitted a revised XBRL for the
Financial Results, wherein the Debt Equity Ratio has been disclosed as per the specific requirement of the
Exchange. There is no change in any other financial figures previously submitted.
