(an entity based in Austin, Texas) (“Avathon”) and SparkCognition India Private Limited (an entity based in Bengaluru) (“SparkCognition”) through their counsel that they have submitted a Request for Arbitration dated 28 May 2026 before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) for initiating arbitration proceedings against the Company. The aforesaid dispute arises out of an agreement entered into between the Company and Avathon / SparkCognition, pursuant to which the Company proposed to purchase and resell certain products of Avathon / SparkCognition. As this is a cross-border dispute in the International Chamber of Commerce, this disclosure is made with a slight delay upon undertaking the necessary coordination with our legal advisors. INR 47,50,00,00) plus interest @18% towards the alleged claims accruing from May 16, 2027.
