On the aforesaid matter our in seriatim reply is as under: 1. Financial results submitted is not as per format prescribed under Schedule lll of the Companies Act, 2013 or as per lndian Accounting Standard - Figures of Standalone and Consolidated are same. Reply This is to bring to your kind notice that Suryalaxmi Technologies Private Limited (Suryalaxmi) is a "Wholly-Owned Subsidiary" within the meaning of Section 2(87) of the Companies Act, 2013 and Suryalaxmi does not have any revenue as well as profit till date. Company's management is planning to set up business units through its Wholly-Owned Subsidiary - Suryalaxmi and for this necessary steps shall be taken up. At present, no business is explored. Hence, the financial figures of standalone financial results and that of consolidated financial results are the same. Therefore, Company has fully complied with the requirements of Schedule lll of the Companies Act, 2013 as well as lndian Accounting Standards. Kindly take the above submission in your record.
