Mr. Sujeeth Pai ceased to be Whole-Time Director of the Company from closure of business hours of 31st August 2026 and shall hold office as Managing Director for a period of five (5) years with effect from 1st September 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company, pursuant to the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 8 of the Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014 and other applicable provisions, if any.
