Sona BLW Precision Forgings Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Outcome of Board Meeting held on July 22, 2026 and Intimation under Reg 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations. The Board approved the carve-out and transfer of the Company's Electric Vehicle Business to Sona Comstar eDrive Private Limited on a going concern basis by way of slump sale. The Company also entered into a Share Subscription Agreement with Sona eDrive and DENSO, through which DENSO will purchase 49% equity shares in Sona eDrive at an enterprises value of INR 17,500 million. The Company also approved the execution of a Joint Venture Agreement and Joint Development Agreement with DENSO for incorporation of a joint venture company in India.
